Interviews are a huge test of your speaking and communication skills, even in your mother tongue, and good preparation is the key.  If English is not your first language, your listening skills will also play an important role.

First, familiarise yourself with the kind of questions that interviewers ask.  Then consider how to answer these questions best.  If possible, practise with a native speaker, or a friend who speaks good English.  Prepare well, and you will give yourself the confidence to perform at your best.
